Craig's responsibilities include overall strategy, driving top-line growth and increasing profitability, making wise product and technology investment decisions, and developing the team for long-term success.
Before joining ServiceChannel, Craig served as the Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer at Provation, where he was focused on driving the development and execution of Provation's growth strategy via sales, strategic partnerships and M&A.
